What started out as a small family business in Doncaster has quickly grown to a widely recognised company with a reputation for providing quality, reliable services to businesses and homeowners. We are always at the forefront of technology providing the latest smart systems that are proven to be effective. Although we are proud of our Doncaster heritage, we provide a wide range of services over a greater distance.
Our engineers are kept up to date with the latest training. They attend regular training sessions with the manufacturers to ensure that you get the best performance possible from your security system. We also hold a BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award for the design and installation of Intruder & Hold Up Alarm Systems and are Hikvision Certified Security Associates (HCSA) and Value Added Solution Partners (VASP).
Doncaster Alarms is a SSAIB registered firm. The Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) is the leading certification body for organisations such as Doncaster Alarms that provide security systems and services. They are part of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and promote high standards of service. This also means our installations are certified to comply with all Police and Insurance policies and meet the latest BS and EN standards. Each year the SSAIB will carry out an inspection at our premises and several of our installations to ensure that Doncaster Alarms continues to meet the highest standards and keeps its certification.
Your safety is our number one priority. We complete a comprehensive background check including an enhanced disclosure on all of our engineers. This means that you can rest assured that only trusted engineers are given access to homes, schools and businesses. Please ask to see identification cards at each visit.
As certified Gate Safe installers, you know that our automated gates and barriers will meet the latest health and safety standards to help protect your liability and ensure the safety of all coming into contact with our installations.
Doncaster Alarms is insured for two million pounds of public liability cover and one million pounds of efficacy cover. We have also been independently vetted by Check-a-Trade who are so confident in our work that they will give a 12 month guarantee on all of our installations when booked via their directory.
